A Concierge must at all times act within the law and not condone, engage in, or defend conduct or practices that are illegal or morally wrong.
A Concierge should only recommend a product or service when it is fitting to the guest needs. A product or service should not be recommended based on the basis of benefit to the Concierge.
Any benefits to the Concierge should be shared with his/her team. A Concierge must not demand benefit for recommendations or to promise recommendations.
The Concierge must at all times be discreet and not divulge any guest details to others.
A Concierge must only wear the crossed golden keys insignia of Les Clefs d’Or if entitled to do so.
All members of De Gylden Nøgler / Les Clefs d’Or Denmark must agree to this code.
